Fresh Berlin-Brandenburg meals, prepared to a high standard with regional ingredients at truly fair prices -- that is the signature of our chef, Wolfgang Kanow. Former Sous Chef with star chef Rolf Schmidt, and previously chef du cuisine of the Ermelerhaus, the Berlin-born chef has been managing the ALvis kitchen team since September 2002.
Homemade bread and pasta, seasonal outdoor vegetables, meat and poultry products from reliable breeders in Brandenburg and Mecklenburg Vorpommern are prepared fresh.
A very special highlight here is the idyllic, ivy-covered court garden, built in the style of the twenties. This is the perfect place to peacefully enjoy a glass of wine and muse over the varied impressions of your visit to Berlin.
