In calendar week 13, the VCH Hotels sales team met for an exchange of experience. The meeting also allowed the participants to get acquainted personally and improve their cross-selling skills.
The programme included professional training with a main focus on on-line marketing; the discussion of upcoming VCH sales activities such as Sales Blitz runs; fam trips and road shows; and visits to the VCH hotels in Eisenach, Gotha and Weimar.
Horst Ermert, managing director of the VCH hotel co-operative, contributed to the meeting by speaking on successful presentation techniques.
Highlights of the get-together in the evening included a bowling tournament with cup handed over to the lucky winner.
All participants considered the meeting a success and returned to their VCH hotels with a large number of new ideas and impulses.
