Well-worth a visit - Friedrichstraße, the modern shoppers' paradise and our close neighbours the Friedrichstadtpalast and Admiralspalast and the other theatres and opera houses at the centre of Berlin. And if you feel like enjoying a seam boat trip on the Spree, you can board practically right in front of the hotel!

If shopping isn't your thing, you could saunter through the lively district of Oranienburger Strasse, which is not far from the hotel.  This is where you will find restaurants, bars, galleries, the old synagogue and the Postfuhramt.
